What is included in rent?

The pricing shown on our website reflects the base rent, which includes your apartment home, access to all of our resort-style amenities, and our award-winning customer service. We believe in transparent pricing, so any additional services or fees are listed separately, allowing you to clearly understand what you are paying for. You can use the cost calculator on our interactive map to estimate your move-in and monthly costs, or contact our leasing team for personalized assistance.

Additional amenities include a golf and sports simulator, dog spa, dog park, EV charging stations, multi-purpose court, and tot lot. Residents may also choose elevator-serviced interior apartment homes for added convenience. What Are the Leasing Terms?

12 months is our standard but we can accommodate shorter or longer for additional fees.

What Are the Application Fees?

All adult occupants age 18 and older are required to complete an application. One applicant will begin the application and add any additional occupants. A $55 non-refundable application fee is required per adult. Once approved, the security deposit is $750.

For waitlist applications only, a $125 hold deposit is required to reserve your spot. This hold deposit is fully refundable if you decide to cancel for any reason and will be applied toward the $750 security deposit at move-in if you proceed.

What is Your Pet Policy?

Up to 3 pets per apartment are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of 100 pounds.
One-time non-refundable pet fee = 1st Pet – $300, 2nd Pet – $350, 3rd Pet – $350
Monthly pet rent per pet = $40

Breed Restrictions:
Pit Bulls, (including American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers), and / or Any Like Breeds or a Mixed Breed of Any Listed Above.
